Last Updated: 1/11/2026

These FAQs explain how RealEstateEmailLists.com operates within applicable laws and clarify your rights and responsibilities when using our email list products.

✅ Is this data legally sourced?

Yes. All email lists sold by RealEstateEmailLists.com are compiled from publicly available web data found on real estate websites, professional listing platforms, business directories, and other open-access sources.

We do not scrape login-protected sites, private databases, or systems that require user authentication.

✅ Is this considered personal data?

We do not collect or sell personal data such as names, phone numbers, home addresses, financial info, or sensitive identifiers.

While some email addresses may contain name-like identifiers (e.g., john.smith@gmail.com), we include them only if they were posted on a business website, agent profile, or public directory for commercial use.

❌ Do you include residents of California, Vermont, or Oregon?

No. We do not knowingly collect, store, or sell email addresses associated with residents of:

  • California

  • Vermont

  • Oregon

These jurisdictions have stricter data laws, and we actively exclude them from our lead lists. Buyers are prohibited from using our data in those states.

📜 Are your lists opt-in?

No. These are non-opt-in B2B lead lists compiled for commercial use. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to:

  • Use proper email disclaimers and unsubscribe links

  • Comply with local email marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

  • Ensure ethical and lawful use of the data provided

🛠 Can I upload your lists into Google Ads, Meta, or Mailchimp?

You may attempt to, but we do not guarantee platform approval.

Each platform has its own rules regarding:

  • Third-party data

  • Custom audiences

  • Email list uploads

  • Targeting permissions

We are not affiliated with Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, or any other platform and cannot guarantee that our lists will comply with their evolving policies.

Use at your own risk.

💼 Is this data safe to use for cold email or outreach?

Our lists are designed for B2B marketing. That said, Buyer assumes all legal responsibility for how the data is used. You are expected to:

  • Include a valid unsubscribe mechanism

  • Identify your business clearly in each message

  • Avoid spam traps, abuse, or platform violations

We strongly recommend reviewing your local laws and email service provider’s terms before sending campaigns.

🧾 What if I find my email on one of your lists?

If your email was included in error, or if you’d like it permanently excluded from future list releases, you can submit a request at any time by visiting our [Opt-Out Page] or emailing us directly:

📧 Info@RealEstateEmailLists.com

Subject: “Opt-Out Request”

We take removal requests seriously and will comply with all verifiable legal requests promptly.

⚖️ Who is responsible for compliance?

You are.

Once a list is purchased, the Buyer is fully responsible for how it’s used. This includes:

  • Ensuring use of the data complies with all applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, TCPA)

  • Using suppression lists and segmentation for protected jurisdictions

  • Avoiding uploading lists to platforms that prohibit third-party or non-opt-in data

🧠 What laws does RealEstateEmailLists.com comply with?

We operate in good faith and structure our platform to respect:

  • CAN-SPAM Act (U.S.)

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)

  • Vermont & Oregon Data Broker Laws
