6. Buyer’s Legal Responsibility

By purchasing or using any product from RealEstateEmailLists.com, the Buyer agrees to:

  • Use the data only for lawful, B2B commercial purposes

  • Accept full legal responsibility for all email sending, targeting, and contact behavior

  • Not use the lists for spam, harassment, consumer outreach, or scraping enrichment

  • Comply with the laws of their jurisdiction and any jurisdiction where their contacts reside

Violations of these terms are grounds for permanent blacklisting, legal claims, and enforcement of contractual penalties under our Purchase Agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

RealEstateEmailLists.com LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Buyer misuse of data

  • Platform account suspensions, penalties, or performance outcomes

  • Legal claims arising from third-party integrations or campaign strategies

  • Violations of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, TCPA, or other local or international laws committed by Buyer

All data is provided “as-is” without warranty, and Buyer assumes all legal and deliverability risk.

8. Removal, Complaints, and Opt-Outs

If you believe your email has been included in one of our lists in error, or if you would like your address permanently removed from our internal systems, please contact:
